Atypical & Awesome, “Simply Magical- Part 2”
So, I left off with the doughnut if you read Part 1. If not, go catch up- I’ll wait. Yesterday, we started the day with room service coffee and smoothies and then headed to Rockefeller Center. We saw the tree and ate a food vender lunch. The afternoon brought “Chicago” on Broadway which was spectacular followed by amazing pizza and more at a cozy Italian eatery. We headed back to Rockefeller to see the tree at night and ended the evening with hot chocolate. It was a simply magical day for sure.
Today, is New Year’s Eve and Phillip and I had a great brunch in the hotel (Reagan slept in). We are debating over how to handle this evening as things are “intense”. We are staying one block from “the” ball drop. I’m just not sure how committed we’ll be to getting stuck somewhere for hours on end with no access to bathrooms. We are still celebrating NYE in NYC so it is cool either way. Happy New Year to one and all- stay tuned for Part 3!
