Atypical & Awesome, “Shower the People”

My heart is full- although a tad sad. We had such a great couple of weeks entertaining family- literally. Ten of my family members came to see’ “Sunset Surf Club” on Friday and we had Phillip’s kids and their guests on Saturday. I was doted on and given three gorgeous bouquets of flowers. Seeing everyone together was the most special thing.

I also got to dote on Autie B and we had special dinners and brunch. We had fun time and quiet time just being together. I was also able to hug Alex because they came to the play. Alex- my baby- turned 26 yesterday. I just cannot even process that- where does the time go?

Phillip spoiled me, too. He made sure both Michael and Reagan brought flowers to me at the play. He also drove Autumn and I to drop off Autumn at the airport in PCB and then treated me to lunch at Carrabas. So much sweetness.

At the end of the day, and the end of all days, all that really matters is love. So- shower the people you love with love. James Taylor had it right all along.
