Atypical & Awesome- “Ohana Means Family”
Oh, ohana! We had a week! So much family time and Disney Magic. I would not trade these moments for anything. We started our adventures by picking up the grandchild on Saturday- March 28. We had a family dinner that night so my parents could see the everyone before we headed to Orlando bright and early the next day. Sunday was a travel day with us arriving to our hotel in mid afternoon. Autumn flew from NYC directly to Orlando and met us there.
Monday morning was drop rope to fireworks (iykyk) at Magic Kingdom. I think we were able to hit 15 attractions with Quinn- her favorite being the Snow White and Seven Dwarves Mine Ride. She did really well considering it was an almost 13 hour day in the park.
Tuesday was EPCOT and with the Flower and Garden Festival in full bloom this was my favorite park. Quinn met a ton of characters snd danced with Winnie the Pooh in his bedroom which melted my heart. We also met Figment and I had no idea he did meet and greets so this was super special. Quinn was a seasoned pro by day two so she hung in there like a champ. The older kids enjoyed the rides and special foods. We ended the day with dinner all together at Chefs de France. I had some great French onion soup and Autumn had ratatouille- lol.
I have much more to tell so check back. My heart is full. At the end of the day, ohana is everything.
