Atypical & Awesome, “New Endeavors and All the Good Stuff”
It has already been a full week and it’s only Wednesday. Monday night, Phillip took me out for a surprise dinner and trivia at White Oak Ale House. The food was great (check out that peanut butter pie) and we came in dead last for trivia. Oh well, you can’t excel at “everything “ lol!! It was still a really sweet gesture, though.
Last night, I attended the second meeting for something I will be heavily involved with this year. I will announce details soon but it involves coordinating , acting, writing, and Halloween. I am very excited to get this opportunity!
As a result of this involvement, an unrelated songwriting opportunity presented itself. I am so honored to be a part of this project. We only have a few weeks to have it finished so it will be a priority over the next couple of weeks.
Tomorrow night, Phillip and I will hit a new stage for a comedy open-mic at the Thirsty Pug in Dothan. Stop by if you are in the area. Looking forward to getting back behind the muc.
Finally, Saturday we are attending an acting workshop hosted by SEACT where the focus will be on upcoming auditions for “Sleepy Hollow”. Although it is only August, Halloween is definitely on my brain with all these spooky events coming up!
