Atypical & Awesome , “Goodbye, July- You were Good, July”

We had a great July. Lots of family time, our trip to Atlanta, comedy, and songwriters’ events kept us busy. Now, we are gearing up for back to school as our last one in the nest starts her junior year this year. Truly hard to believe.

I had a great write earlier this week with one of my regulars. He is growing so much as a writer and I am so proud to be a part of his journey. I love writing with young writers-especially, with those who are dedicated to their craft and improving their skill set- it fires me up so much!

This time next week, we’ll be in Brooklyn. I am so excited- Autumn and I are going to see Stevie Nicks. This is bucket list thing for us so we are stoked. Also, we are focusing on Brooklyn this trip so I look forward to stopping in some of Autumn’s regular go-to spots. Bagels, great coffee, the Brooklyn Bridge, and maybe even Coney Island. Plus, I get to hang with Autie B- sounds fabulous.
