Atypical & Awesome, “Doing It”

Whatta week! Lots going n ‘round these parts. Wednesday night I had a great “wright” with Crews (see what I did there??) and we got us another really great song. I’m loving the “flow” that has been flowing lately. More to come with him, so make sure you follow him on social media!

Yesterday, Alice Nelson was featured on Radio Free Nashville and our song, “Vintage Love” was played. Phillip sent me a video of him listening to it on the radio which always makes my heart smile. Call your local stations and request it- we sure do appreciate the “love”!

Yesterday was BMI distribution day (for direct deposits) and I was able to access the royalty statements this morning. “Big Deal” (Crews Wright) had lots of streams, Alice’s live performances of “Girlfriend”, “Here Comes the Rain”, and “Vintage Love” all did very well this quarter, and my international plays did well! Apparently, “Evermore” (Jay Soto) was played on television in Croatia- lol! Who knew??

Phillip is taking me on a romantic getaway this weekend and I cannot wait. We need some time to decompress. Things are about to get very busy again so as always, stay tuned!
