I am taking a much needed mental health day today to rest and get caught up on a few things that have been terribly neglected recently- including this blog! But oh what fun we have had.after homecoming, we were full throttle preparation/rehearsal mode for “ Legends and Lore”. We also had rehearsals for, “A Christmas Carol”, a single release (!), and a Ren-Faire!
This week was production week for Legends and Lore. It was an intense three days with work days leading straight into the event each night. However, by night two things ran much smoother and we settled into our groove. It ended up being a resounding success and we are already planning for next year.
This experience has shown once again of how successful events/productions can be when everyone brings their strengths to the table. Stay focused on the end goal, know your audience, and do the work. It pays off. Hope you all are enjoying spooky season! Stay tuned- Chistmas is a-coming!
